Effective terminal management means satisfied passengers and crews, the best use of resources, sustainable success and ultimately added value for port, city and region. It also means a safe and secure environment that complies with all the necessary international rules and regulations. We partner with our cruise terminal clients to create flexible solutions that meet their needs but are also realistic.
Cruise ship in terminal

Modern cruise ships and companies have specific requirements that demand careful planning and development to accommodate. Our experience with cruise terminals around the world allows us to use the most effective methods for the development of any terminal.

The port of Fujairah is one of the largest bunkering ports in the world. Port of Fujairah wanted to improve its port operations to the level worthy of a world class port. To achieve this, there was a desire for training, effective stakeholder management, and quality safety & security procedures.
The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the ‘Openbaar Lichaam Bonaire’ identified the need to improve the performance of the port authority on the island and to expand commercial capacity. This included serious infrastructural repairs to some parts of the ports, exploring the possibility for relocation of the cargo port, and revising nautical management procedures.
Aruba Ports Authority (APA) has a need for the development of its commercial strategy, as well as for the management of a large area transformation project. The close working relationship with Port of Amsterdam International made us the ideal partner to support APA in its ambition.
